The traditional Swiss watch market has not changed. Watches are mass-produced and the product has become impersonal. PAK Watches Sàrl is a company set up by 2 young people from the Jura region. It is revolutionising the customer experience by enabling them to create their own made-to-measure Swiss watch using a 3D configurator.
