Phenomics is an emerging field of research that exploits predictions from AI (artificial intelligence)/ML (a program that decomposes an algebraic data type into its different forms and proposes a branching for each of them) from human clinical, genomic and transcriptomic data, to direct and de-risk phenotypic screens that encompass complex biology and improve clinical translation.
Phenomics-based, AI-powered drug discovery that combines clinical and experimental data is proving to be the major challenge of the coming decades. As part of an international support project, we are developing new partnerships to consolidate and extend the project. Biology is complex, as is data. A patient-centred approach is fundamental.
